Mail Standard postage Mail or UPS Ground Service
and will arrive in 5 to 7 business days for U.S.
addresses, except holidays.

Express Delivery: Orders will be shipped via a)
FedEx Express, b) UPS Next Day Service, or c) United
States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and will
arrive in 1 to 2 business days, except holidays.
Saturday deliveries are limited to domestic U.S.
shipments and only apply to UPS Next Day Service.
Saturday shipments will result in additional freight
charges.

orders are F.O.B. shipments. Gift Zones cannot be
held responsible for merchandises lost or delayed
by common carriers.
You will be solely responsible for
the insuring of your shipment. If your shipment
is damaged or lost in transit, you will be responsible
for the full invoiced amount of the order.
Return Goods
Gift Zones accepts your merchandise return if it
is damaged, defective, or incorrect product. All
returns must be freight prepaid within 30 days of
shipment.
Returned merchandise without authorization from
Gift Zones will not be accepted.

Step 1- Repack your merchandise
in its original packaging, if possible, with packing
slip.
Step 2 – Send your return
request to email at returns@giftzones.com.
Merchandise Return Number (MRN) will be given to
you via email within the next 24 hours upon the
receipt of your request.
Step 3 – Return your merchandise(s)
includes your MRN to the following address:
